Fizoma operates as an online retail platform offering products in (All product categories).
These Terms apply to all users of the website, including but not limited to buyers, browsers, vendors, and contributors.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • You are using the website for lawful purposes only.

If you are below 18, parental approval is required to place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices may change without notice depending on market conditions.

  • We make efforts to display accurate colors, specifications, and descriptions, but variations may occur due to screen or lighting.

  • Product availability is subject to stock status. If a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel or delay orders.

We may offer promotional discounts or offers for a limited period; such offers are subject to terms mentioned on the website.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel/refuse orders for reasons including:

  • Invalid contact or address details

  • Payment failure or suspected fraud

  • Bulk/Reseller purchase without approval

  • Product out of stock

  • Unforeseen operational issues

Once an order is placed and payment is successful, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation.

5. Payments

All payments made on our platform are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
We do not store your card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or sensitive payment details.

Available payment modes may include:

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

Additional COD charges may apply (₹50 - ₹149).

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on location, courier partner, weather, and holidays.
Estimated delivery period: (7 business days)

Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected to a different address.

Delayed delivery due to weather, festivals, strikes, or courier issues is not under our control.

7. Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

Users can request cancellation or return according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

Refunds will be processed (2 working days) after approval, through original payment method, subject to gateway timelines.

Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or not in original condition may not be eligible for return or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logo, brand name Fizoma, images, graphics, designs, and written content are the property of Fizoma or licensed to us.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or exploit any content from our website.

Unauthorised use may lead to legal action.

  • Loss due to misinformation provided by users

  • Damage during customer handling

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product only.

These Terms are governed under the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction.
