This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within (7) business days after successful payment confirmation.

Processing time may extend during:

  • Festivals and holidays

  • High order volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain or courier issues

If there is a significant delay, users will be informed through email or SMS.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities (2-5) days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities (2-6) days
Remote / Hard-to-Reach Areas (2-7) days

Please note: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather or snowfall conditions

  • Festivals or holidays

  • Courier operational issues

  • Local restrictions or strikes


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated & displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping on orders above (₹180)

  • Standard shipping cost: (₹99)

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply separately (if enabled).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

Users can track their shipment through our Order Tracking Page or courier website.


5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partner will attempt delivery (3) times.
If the customer is unreachable, address incorrect, or refuses delivery:

  • Delivery may be canceled

  • Reshipment charges may apply

  • Refund may not be guaranteed


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

  • Delay is expected

  • Re-delivery charges may apply

  • Refund may be denied if shipment is returned undelivered

Customer is responsible for providing full, correct, and reachable address details.


7. Damaged / Open Package at Delivery

If you receive a package that is:

  • Torn

  • Opened

  • Tampered

  • Damaged

Please do not accept the delivery and inform courier immediately.

If accepted, provide unboxing video + photos for return verification.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we deliver only within India.
International shipping is not yet available.
